LOVE YOURSELF ~ HEAL YOUR LIFE STUDY COURSE FOR ADULTS
This is a self-empowerment course that can help you learn; what is in the way of your inner peace and self-acceptance.
You will meet your inner self, and learn how to truly love yourself the way you long to be loved. You can identify and dissolve barriers created by limiting ideas or beliefs, becoming aware of unhealthy thinking, internal dialogue, sabotaging language and mental imagery.
Be a student of your own life, and enjoy the marvelous changes possible in your life as a consequence of learning life-enhancing tools and skills that can help you to heal and deal, grow and build, and by your inspired example teach them forward to your loved ones.

The Love Yourself, Heal your Life workshop is famous for teaching and inspiring the tools and processes for participants to start their self-love healing, and learn the elementary tools to take charge of their mind-set and emotional well-being. Each year participants return to refresh their experience and continue their learning, healing and self-growth.
When we can step out of the doubts that tell us “I am not good enough” or “I am a victim of”, we can then re-create a life of peace, harmony, balance and hope in our lives. The process of becoming whole again begins with taking that first step towards dissolving the barriers, limiting beliefs and past conditioning that keep us in a cycle of pain, identifying the areas that need your attention, clearing out emotional clutter connected with those areas.

LEVEL 2 – ADVANCED REIKI PRACTIONER IN THE USUI SYSTEM OF REIKI HEALING
Reiki is a Japanese healing art which aims to move and balance the ‘energy’ within and around your body and to get rid of any energy blocks to encourage healing and strengthen your energy using the Usui system of Reiki and therapeutic touch. You might feel a tingling sensation, a deep relaxation, or warmth or coolness throughout your body or you might not feel anything at all.
A Reiki practitioner aims to change and balance the ‘energy fields’ in and around your body to help on a physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual level.
Done by Appointment in the Durban and Surrounding areas – will travel to you if required.
MUNAY KI: 1 TO 9 RITES INITIATION
I am A Munay Ki Teacher and as such, pass on the 9 Rites of the Munay-Ki, based on the traditional initiation practices of the Q’ero shamans of Peru, who are the descendants of the Inca as taught by anthropologist Alberto Villoldo. “Munay” in Quechua means “love and will”, together with “ki”, from the Chinese word for energy, combine to give the meaning: energy of love.
The 9 Rites of the Munay-Ki (Pi Stone will be provided)
The 9 Rites of the Munay-Ki are energetic transmissions or connections that aim to assist you to shift into a new way of being. They can be viewed as seeds that change the vibration of your energy field and assist you in coming into alignment with your soul’s purpose. The Rites can take months or even years to ‘germinate’ and integrate, and work with and assist you in your spiritual development.
